Products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty beginning on the original delivery date.

Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers confirmed manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. If a covered defect is confirmed, we may repair the product, replace it with the same or a comparable item, or issue an appropriate refund.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear.
Scratches, dents, fading, or discoloration.
Damage caused by accidents, impact, pressure, or improper storage.
Damage caused by chemicals, cosmetics, cleaning products, or extreme temperatures.
Misuse, neglect, loss, or theft.
Unauthorized repairs or modifications.

Making a Warranty Claim

Submit a claim through the Contact Us page on our website. Include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs showing the issue. We may require the product to be returned for inspection.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will cover reasonable costs associated with the approved warranty service.

This warranty is provided in addition to any rights available under applicable consumer law.
